The "herbal detox webinar" makes use of nature's rhythm to specifically activate the body's detoxification organs with herbal preparations.
During this 8 day purification process you will apply the essential elements of Panchakarma. 7 interactive webinar lessons with 5 exercises from Ayurveda and Yoga are presented along the cleanse within 10 days.
After the cleanse you will feel clearer, lighter, and more effective.
Webinar "Herbal Detox"
1) Dosha test for your personalized package
People are different. According to Ayurvedic tradition, we offer personalised webinar packages. We have created an online Dosha test to determine which package suits you. This test indicates which Dosha is currently most out of balance. You can then order the recommended webinar package for your Dosha inbalance.
2) Order your webinar
Order your webinar in our online shop. You will then receive all relevant information by email. We are happy to assist you, if you need any help. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
3) Shipping of products and activating your webinar
After registration and payment in our online shop we will ship your package. We will notify you by email that the products have been shipped. From this point on you can activate the webinar. Please see the proposed schedule for this. It is important that you do not activate the videos until you have received the products.
4) Available for 15 days
The webinar will remain available to you for 15 days after activation. You can watch the videos whenever and however often you want.
5) Questions
You are welcome to write us your questions about the webinar if they are not answered in the Q&A session. Simply send us an email. We will be happy to answer your request within 2-3 working days.
Dosha-Test
Your first step to book the webinar is to determine your "Dosha score". Doshas are the laws and forces of your inner nature that control your mind-body system. They are called Vata, Pitta and Kapha. In order to live a healthy life and to feel good, these three must be in balance. Stessful and demanding influences of everyday life can upset the balance and one Dosha can become predominant. In order to attend to these imbalances, we have created three different webinar packages.
How do you determine your dosha? Just answer a few questions in our online questionaire about your current state of health – this is called the "Dosha test". Based on the result, we can select the webinar package that suits you best.

Taking your herbal tablets starts on the first Saturday (day 2).
You will receive the instructions on Friday (day 1) on your first webinar evening.
Please keep the second Saturday (day 9) free for the colon cleanse. If it is not possible on this day, a day before or after is also possible.
You can easily view the lesson in your customer account. We generally recommend viewing the webinars on the scheduled day, as the webinar topics are specifically tailored to the progress of the detox.
All exercises (such as yoga exercises, abdominal massage, breathing exercises, etc.) that you will learn during the webinar will be explained step by step. You need about 20 minutes a day for the exercises.
The webinar is intended as an Ayurveda detox, which is carried out under medical supervision in everyday life.
