Nach einem Spaziergang bei kaltem, windigem Wetter oder am Abend nach einem Tag voller Stress tut eine Tasse Vata Tee richtig gut. Durch aromatische Zutaten wie Süßholz, Zimt, Kardamom und Ingwer hat dieser Tee ein volles und süßes Aroma, auch ohne Zuckerzusatz. Maharishi Ayurveda Teemischungen werden nach alter überlieferter Rezeptur hergestellt. So wirkt dieser Tee Vata beruhigend, wärmend und harmonisierend. Die Dominanz eines Doshas ist EINE Möglichkeit, den Tee zu wählen. Es gibt aber auch die Möglichkeit, den Tee nach Tages- und Jahreszeit zu wählen: Morgen: Kapha Tee, Mittag: Pitta Tee, Abend: Vata Tee, Frühling: Kapha Tee, Sommer: Pitta Tee, Herbst und Winter: Vata Tee. Ja, Vata Tee kann vor dem Schlafen gehen getrunken werden und ist speziell in der Vata-Jahreszeit (Herbst, Winter) bzw. stressigen Zeiten empfehlenswert.
