Jeder kennt die Müsliriegel, die man im Supermarkt kaufen kann. Überzuckert und voller undefinierbarer A’s und E’s und eigentlich weiß keiner so genau was da so alles drin ist. Aber eines wussten wir mit Sicherheit - gesund sind die bestimmt nicht. Deshalb kamen die für unsere Kinder nicht infrage. Nur… im Alltag immer den gesunden, hochwertigen Bio-Snack bei der Hand zu haben wenn der kleine Hunger kommt, ist nicht immer ganz so leicht und vor allem im Supermarktregal schwer zu finden. Tja und eines Abends kam uns die zündende Idee: Wir backen unsere eigenen Müsliriegel:
