Dattelsirup, Bio, 250g

Dattelsirup soll bereits im alten Orient ein bedeutsames Süßungsmittel gewesen sein. Um ihn herzustellen werden Datteln entsteint, in Wasser eingeweicht und eingekocht. Anschließend werden sie filtriert und so konzentriert, dass ein dunkler Sirup entsteht.
Dattelsirup bringt neue, fruchtige Aromen in Ihre Küche und versüßt nicht nur Desserts und Backwaren, sondern rundet auch würzige Gerichte perfekt ab.
Die Datteln sind fair gehandelt und stammen von Rapunzel HAND IN HAND-Partnern aus Tunesien.
