Zimt Ceylon gemahlen, Bio, 50g
Nach ayurvedischem Verständnis soll Zimt eine allgemein kräftigende Qualität haben und unterstützend sein bei Stress und Nervosität. Er gleicht alle drei Doshas aus, fördert die Agnis (Verdauungsfeuer) und ist auch für Pitta-Typen gut verträglich. Zimt wirkt blutreinigend und fördert die Gedächtniskraft. Ceylon-Zimt wird als das "echte" Zimt bezeichnet. Dieses stammt aus dem heutigen Sri Lanka (früher Ceylon) und ist eines der ältesten Gewürze. Es wurde schon im frühen 16. Jahrhundert nach Europa gebracht.
Wird traditionell verwendet bei: Schwachem Kreislauf, zur Regulierung von Verdauungsproblemen, Entzündungen, zur Blutreinigung, starker Menstruation, Hautjucken und Fieber. Ideal für: Kürbissuppe, Curry, Chutney, Kompott, Lassis, Süßspeisen und Weihnachtsbäckerei.
