According to Ayurveda, there are three fundamental forces that permeate the entire cosmos, nature and also humans: the three "Doshas". You control all body functions and determine your own type. The individual distribution of the three doshas shapes the different characteristics of our respective personality, our likes and dislikes, our weaknesses and strengths.
If the three doshas are in their individual equilibrium, this means that all body functions can run unhindered - according to Ayurveda, we are then completely healthy and feel completely comfortable in our skin. If the dosha balance is out of balance, for example because a dosha exerts excessive influence, diseases can develop. That is why the Ayurvedic scriptures explain the simple measures that can be used to gently restore a Dosha to its natural balance. This strengthens the body's natural self-healing powers.
We have tailored our webinars to the individual doshas and personalized them.
Please take our test before each webinar. Based on your results in the online test, please select your webinar package. The questions in the test are aimed at learning about your reaction type. (Eating habits, sleep routine, preferences, weaknesses). This creates a test result and suggests a webinar package which, in our opinion, compensates for your imbalance in the respective dosha. (The answers to the Dosha test are not saved by us.)
Our webinar packages are tailored to the individual types - i.e. to your reaction type. This will give you the right nutritional supplements and exercises for your type.
For example, if you have an imbalance in the Vata Dosha, you will be given different exercises and spice tablets or mixtures than a person with a Pitta or Kapha imbalance. To find out which personality traits are predominant in you and which webinar package you should choose, please do our test beforehand.
These are the three doshas:
VATA - the principle of movement is responsible for the nervous system, breathing and all movements in the body. The elements ether and air are assigned to the Vata Dosha. With balanced Vata one feels energetic, happy, enthusiastic and creative; the mind is calm, clear and alert.
PITTA - the metabolic principle regulates digestion and body temperature, among other things. In the spiritual realm, it represents a keen intellect and emotions. Pitta consists primarily of the fire element. In equilibrium, it gives contentment, energy, fluency, good digestion, the right body temperature and a clear mind.
KAPHA - the structural principle gives the body firmness and stability and keeps the fluid balance in balance. The elements earth and water are assigned to him. A balanced Kapha gives strength, endurance, a good immune system, patience and mental stability.
